A roast tells you what to fix. Improve does the work. Yara rewrites your resume and portfolio, and writes LinkedIn and GitHub copy you can paste. Improve is on Pro and Max.
1. Start Improve
Click Skills under the message box, or type /improve in the message box.
Pick a skill and press Enter.
/roast-and-improve: runs the full roast, then makes the fixes in the same turn.
/improve-everything: skips the write-up and does the work on your resume, your portfolio, LinkedIn and GitHub.
/improve-resume: fixes the order, section names and bullets.
/improve-portfolio: asks which portfolio, then applies every fix it can.
/improve-linkedin: writes your headline, About, top experience entries and Featured.
/improve-github: writes your bio, profile README and pin list.
2. What Yara changes
Your resume and Yara portfolios are edited for you. Yara uses only what your history already says.
LinkedIn and GitHub stay yours to change. Yara gives you copy to paste, since it cannot edit those sites.
If there is no roast yet, Yara runs one first.
3. On the Free plan
Improve skills show a lock. Picking one opens the plan picker and keeps your draft. Roasts work on every plan.
