You can change any image on your portfolio right in the preview: swap it for a new file, choose how it fills its frame, crop it to a shape, and zoom in. You can also ask Yara in chat to add an image to a section. Every change saves on its own and is still there when you come back.
1. Open the image editor
Open the chat that holds your portfolio so the preview shows on the right.
In the toolbar at the bottom of the preview, click Edit image (the picture icon, or press I).
Click the image you want to change: a photo, a project image or a company logo. An empty project image slot can be filled the same way. A handle box appears around it and the Image panel opens on the right.
2. Replace an image
In the Image panel, click Replace next to the thumbnail.
Choose a new file from your computer.
The preview shows the new image within a few seconds. There is no Save button; it saves for you.
Changed your mind? Click Undo in the bottom toolbar to go back. Your original file is kept.
Tip: PNG, JPG, GIF, WEBP and AVIF images work. iPhone HEIC photos do not yet, so save them as JPG first. If the panel says an image cannot be replaced directly, attach the new file in chat and ask Yara to swap it for you.
3. Choose the fit, crop and shape
Under Frame in the Image panel:
Size: Fill covers the whole frame, Fit shows the full image inside the frame, and Full uses the image at its natural shape.
Crop: pick Auto, 1:1 (square), 4:3 or 16:9.
Radius: rounds the corners. Drag it all the way up on a 1:1 crop to make a circle.
Zoom: drag to zoom into the image, from 1.00 up to 3.00.
Focus: drag the image inside its frame to choose which part stays in view.
4. Add an image by chatting with Yara
In the chat box, click + and attach your image.
Tell Yara where it goes, for example: "Add this image to my About section."
Yara edits your portfolio and the preview updates when it is done. You can then select the new image with Edit image to crop or zoom it.
5. Check your changes
Reload the page and open the same chat. Your new images, their crop, shape and zoom are all still there. When you are happy, click Publish (or Publish update) to put the changes live.
