After a mock interview, Yara writes a scorecard in the same chat. It shows how you did overall, what to keep doing, and exactly which answers to work on. Coaching and Wellbeing sessions are never scored.
1. Find your scorecard
When you click End practice, the chat shows that the interview ended, then Writing your scorecard for a few seconds. The Scorecard card appears under the transcript.
To open an older one, click Coaching in the sidebar and pick the session under Your sessions. Scored sessions show their score, for example 6/10.
2. Read the scorecard
Overall score out of 10, with a short summary.
What worked: the strengths to keep.
Practice next: the one or two things that would raise your score most.
Your questions: every question Yara asked, each with its own score. Click a question to open the feedback for it: what landed, what was missing, the gaps in your Situation, Task, Action and Result, notes on your delivery, and A stronger answer built from your real experience.
3. Practice again
Redo this answer: under any question, start a short call (up to 3 minutes) to answer just that question again. Each take gets its own score, so you can see if you improved.
New round on weak areas: at the bottom of the scorecard, start a new mock interview focused on the questions you scored lowest on.
Both use voice practice minutes from your plan. See How many voice practice minutes do I get?
Good to know
If a call ends before you answer a question, there is nothing to score, so no scorecard appears.
Practice is private: no employer sees your calls or your scores.
