Track follow-ups and learn from rejections

Written by Abdullah Atif

Yara keeps helping after you apply. These skills work from your real applications and your real experience.

1. See which applications need a follow-up

On a new chat, click More under the message box and pick Track applications, or type /track-applications. Yara shows where every application stands and which ones are due a follow-up.

2. Learn from rejections

Click More and pick Learn from rejections, or type /learn-from-rejections. Yara looks for patterns across your recent rejections and the weak spots in those applications, then tells you what to change before you keep applying.

Want to talk a rejection through out loud? Open Coaching in the sidebar and start Debrief a rejection, or Confidence after a no under Wellbeing.

3. Prepare for an interview

Type /interview-prep and name the role, or pick one of your applications. Yara prepares answers from your real experience, your story for a recruiter screen, and questions to ask the interviewer.

To rehearse those answers out loud and get a scorecard, use a mock interview. See Practice interviews and get coaching.

Next steps under a reply

Yara often suggests next steps under its reply. Click one to send it, or type your own message.
